JT account holders with a valid Mobile Plan can choose to spread the cost of their purchase by using our improved Reserve In Store service. This service is available on the majority of products we sell.
To benefit, simply find the product you wish to buy and take note of the monthly Device Plan rates shown just below the online price. Please note that unlike our Buy Online price, these monthly prices are exclusive of GST.
Click the Reserve In Store button and this will provide a choice of spreading the cost over 12 or 24 months. Simply click on your preferred payment period and the item will be added to your basket.
Your basket will now show a small deposit fee of £12 or £24 depending upon your chosen repayment period. If you click into your basket, you’ll also see the product you’ve chosen and it’s value. If you wish to carry on shopping, you can add products to either buy online upfront, or more items you’d like to reserve for collection.
Once you’ve finished shopping, you’ll need to complete the checkout process and pay for your deposit (and anything else in your basket) with a credit card payment. We’ll then reserve your item for collection and your deposit will be deducted from your monthly spread payments.
To collect, please visit the JT store on Queen Street, St Helier, Jersey, 24 hours after you’ve placed your order. You must bring photographic identification with you. Please note, if you do not collect your item within 7 days it will be returned to stock and your deposit will be lost.
