Do I need a JT account to buy online?

All ‘Buy Online’ prices shown on shop.jtglobal.com are for upfront payment and can be purchased with card payment even if you do not hold an account with JT. We’ve enabled ‘guest checkout’ on the site, so you don’t need to create another online account and can just add the items you want to your basket and pay.

Can I spread the cost of my purchase?

JT account holders with a valid Mobile Plan can spread the cost of your purchase with a 12 or 24 month Device Plan. To do this you’ll need to select the Reserve In Store option online, then collect your item from our store in Queen Street, St Helier. Please remember to bring photographic identification with you!

A non-refundable deposit of £12 or £24 (depending upon your chosen Device Plan length) will be taken online when you select the Reserve In Store option. This deposit will be deducted from your Device Plan rental upon collection.

Please note that our monthly Device Plan prices are listed exclusive of GST.

Can I reserve something for collection?

There are two ways to reserve something for collection:

  1. Use the Buy Online option and pay for your chosen device by credit card, then collect from the JT store in Queen Street
  2. Select Reserve In Store and pay a small deposit online, then set-up a monthly Device Plan on your JT account when you collect from the JT store

All items reserved will be placed on hold for 7 days, after which if not collected, they will be returned to stock and the customer will forfeit their deposit.

Do you Ship Internationally ?

No, sorry this website is for Jersey, Channel Islands only and we only deliver to customers and addresses in Jersey. Items can also be collected from the JT Store in St Helier.

How do I track my order?

All orders will be processed and delivered within 48 hours. If you haven’t heard from our courier partner about delivery of your items in this time, please email us at shop.online@jtglobal.com and we will look into it for you.

It’s also important that you provide us with a contact telephone number when you place your order because our courier may call you when they are ready to deliver. You then have the option to arrange delivery to an alternate address, for example your place of work if that suits you better on the day.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Drop us an email at shop.online@jtglobal.com as soon as possible and so long as we haven’t dispatched your item we can change or cancel your order.

How long will it take to get my package?

Depending on which option below you chose for receiving your order, you can have your product in as quickly as 24 hours!

Delivery – All orders for delivery will be processed and delivered to a valid Jersey address within 48 hours.

Click & Collect – Any items selected by you for Click & Collect from the JT Store, will be available 24 hours after you place your order. Please ensure you bring a copy of your order confirmation with you.

The above timescales apply to orders for items that are ‘in stock’ and any ‘back-order’ requests placed will be fulfilled as soon as stock arrives.

Returns and Repair Policy

What is the return & repair policy?

All items sold via shop.jtglobal.com are done so under the JT Equipment Purchase Terms And Conditions. Here you will find terms governing not only returns and faulty items, but all other elements of our sale to you.

If you wish to return your goods then this must be done within 7 days of purchase and a full refund will be given. Refunds are subject to the equipment being returned in it’s original condition, original packaging and production of the receipt.

Should the item be faulty within 28 days, we will replace or refund upon production of the receipt and return of the item in its original condition, original packaging, except when the warranty is directly with the manufacturer.

Equipment (excluding Apple products) is guaranteed for 12 months against mechanical breakdown and will be repaired subject to our equipment purchase terms and conditions.

Apple devices are guaranteed for 12 months under the manufacturer warranty. iQ are the Apple Authorised Service Provider in the Channel Islands and manage all equipment repairs.

You may also wish to view our Customer Promise at  which has simple and easy to read promises to you, if you choose to ‘purchase a product or order a service from us’. Here at shop.jtglobal.com we honour these very same promises to you!

How can I return a product

All returns must be made to the JT Store at 18 Queen Street, St Helier, Jersey. Unlike collections which are made using our Click & Collect facility, returns should instead be made directly with a member of the JT retail store.

Sadly we are not able to collect return items from your home or work-place.

We politely request that if you choose to return an item, you bring with you your shop.jtglobal.com order confirmation as proof of purchase.
